We strive to develop innovative mental health services while supporting mentorship and skill development across communities.

Social Innovation Accelerator

  • Youth-led program launching summer 2026 

Community Conversations on Racial Trauma and Community Healing

  • A space to foster mutual respect and dialogue between individuals within the greater Hartford area and leadership from Hartford Healthcare. 
  • An opportunity to further understand the needs of the community.

The Credible Messengers Leadership Academy (CMLA)  

  • In partnership with the Full Citizens Coalition and Quinnipiac University, this initiative trains and certifies justice-impacted Hartford residents as peer educators, healthcare navigators, and restorative justice leaders, formalizing lived expertise as a community resource.  

Parent Support Groups   

  • A recent Parent Support Group series showed meaningful gains in caregiver confidence, skills, and awareness of community resources — supporting overall family wellbeing
